As chartered by the International Executive Board of Phi Alpha Delta Law Fraternity, International, the name of this Chapter is:

University of California, Santa Barbara Pre-Law Chapter of Phi Alpha Delta Law Fraternity, International. 

Established on May 19th, 2005 Phi Alpha Delta Law Fraternity, International is a professional law fraternity advancing integrity, compassion and courage through service to the student, the school, the profession and the community.

The University is committed to a policy against legally impermissible, arbitrary, or unreasonable discriminatory practices.
